Denise A. Dorriety

Denise Ann Dorriety, 55, of Chester, IL departed this life on Thursday November 17, 2022 at Memorial Hospital of Chester, IL.

She was born on May 13, 1967, in Breese, IL to Robert and Joann (Bitter) Higgins Sr.

Denise enjoyed many activities such as being outdoors, listening to music, fishing, bingo, swimming and being with her family and friends.

Denise had a strong love for her cat Princess and her favorite saying was "I LOVE YOU BIG TIME!"

She is survived by one daughter, Clarissa Dorriety of Beckemeyer, IL; her siblings, Brenda (David) Garrison of Salem, IL, Mary (Lenny) Finckbone of Centralia, IL, Hershel Higgins of Mount Vernon, IL, Linda (Bob) Alger of Chester, IL, and Sherry Worley of Salem, IL. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Dale Higgins and Robert Higgins Jr.

Denise's wishes were to be cremated and private Celebration of Life will take place at a later date for the immediate family.
