Fredric T. Reiman Jr.

Fredric Thomas Reiman Jr., 67 of Murphysboro IL, passed away Monday, May 20, 2024, at home surrounded by family. 

Fredric was born October 3, 1956, to Bonnie and Fredric Reiman Sr. in Morris, IL. Fredric attended Morris Community High school and later moved to Murphysboro, IL.

He loved helping people. He worked at a nursing home for many years and was a very generous person to anyone in need. He worked at Exelon and was proud to do his part to protect the planet. He was most recently employed by Rural King of Murphysboro and considered everyone he worked with his second family. 

Fredric’s many joys in life were playing Santa Claus every year, gardening, watching NASCAR and volunteering in his community any way he could.

He is survived by his sister, Christinia (Kevin) Goff; and his children, Fredric Reiman III, Sheilah (Robert) Gley, Carrie (Elmer) Buchanan, Andrew (Megan) Olsen, Toni (Karl) Babcock, Cassidy Crouch, Thomas Crouch Jr., and his many grand and great grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his parents Bonnie and Fredric Reiman Sr., and his brother Ronald A Reiman.

In accordance to the wishes of Fredric T. Reiman Jr. cremation rites have been be accorded and A Celebration Life will be held at a later date.

Professional Services were Entrusted to Southern Cremation and Burial Services of Murphysboro, Illinois.
