Quentin Marcel Townsend was born on August 10, 1989 in Carbondale, IL to Quantina Townsend and Terrence Lyles.
Quentin loved life and lived it to the fullest on most of his days. While growing up in Murphysboro, Illinois, Quentin accepted Christ at a young age and frequently worshipped at Victory Christian Fellowship in Murphysboro, IL.
Quentin received his education in the Murphysboro School System. Later in life, Quentin became quite an accomplished local musician and enjoyed being a dad himself.
Quentin, affectionately known as “Q”, was known for being loyal and kind. To love was his first objective. The world is not as bright without him here to grace us with that knockout smile and cool demeanor. Heaven, however, gets a new angel. Quentin is the loved one you always yearned to be around. We will all miss him dearly.
