Robert E. Mosbach

Robert Eugene Mosbach, 83, of Coello, Illinois passed away at 11:27a.m., on Thursday December 30th, 2021.  Robert, or "Slim" as most called him was born on November 4th, 1938 in Eureka, Illinois. He passed away in the comfort of his home, as requested with the love and support of all of his loved ones.

Robert was a diesel mechanic for many years, he spent most of his time working on farm equipment, it was a passion of his. He also enjoyed attending tractor shows, coon hunting, horses, camping, and would have preferred to be outside most of his days.

Robert was preceded in death by his mother and father, Fred and Alice (Schall) Mosbach, along with two brothers and two sisters.

He was survived by his wife, Helen Sue Mosbach of 33 years, also residing in Coello, Illinois. Including his four sons; Tim, Eddie, Eugene, and Lyell, his 3 daughters; Tonja, Missi, and Patti. Robert also had many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Services for Robert will be privately held.
