Susan M. Crane, 55, of Murphysboro, Illinois, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, October 17, 2024.

Born on December 22, 1968, to Leonard and the late Brenda (Crow) Crane in Murphysboro, Susan spent her life devoted to her family, faith, and community. She worked at Murphysboro Chiropractic and Wellness, where her kind nature and dedication touched many lives.

In her free time, Susan loved being with her children, grandchildren, and extended family. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, and she enjoyed serving the Lord by volunteering around the church. She was a devoted member of Elkville Christian Church in Elkville, Illinois.

Susan is survived by her children, Travis (Dorothy) Williams and Nicole Addleman; her father, Leonard Crane; her brother, Leon Crane; her sister, Tammy Pinrod; and five beloved grandchildren: Brenden Baker, Kiyah Addleman, Riley Bandur, Sabrina Bandur, and Elliott Williams.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Brenda Crane, and her son, Jeremy Williams.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Elkville Christian Church, with Pastor Gary Pruitt officiating. Following the service, inurnment will take place at Parrish Cemetery in Vergennes, Illinois.

Susan will be remembered for her warm heart, steadfast faith, and love for her family, leaving behind a legacy of kindness that will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

Final arrangments were lovingly entrusted to Southern Cremation and Burial Services of Murphysboro, Illinois.
