Until his cancer diagnosis in March of 2022, Tom was the Owner/Operator of a small janitorial and floor care business. He took great pride in leaving behind a beautiful, shiny floor for his clients. Tom enjoyed baseball, especially the Cardinals; and he enjoyed spending time talking about the team with his grand-daughter, Taylor. His other interests included travel with his wife, gatherings with friends, good food, movies and history. He was a quiet man by nature, but his thoughts and feelings ran deep.
He was an Elder in the Marion Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. One of his greatest joys was traveling to other congregations and giving Public Talks. He and his wife also greatly enjoyed annual conventions and assemblies with fellow believers. He enjoyed these occasions because he always made new friends wherever he went. He spent time every month visiting people in the community and sharing with them the scriptural good news about God’s Kingdom.
Tom’s wishes were to be cremated. There will be a Memorial Service on March 18, 2023 at 2:30 pm. The service will be at the Marion Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses located at
